This Privacy Policy describes how KYWorks handles information on its website www.kyworks.jp, including the app introduction pages (the "Site"). For information handled inside each app, please see that app's own privacy policy.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

To understand how the Site is used and to improve it, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC, loaded through Google Tag Manager. When you view a page, your browser sends the following information to Google:

• A browser identifier stored in cookies or similar storage
• The URL of the page you view, the referring page, and the time of the visit
• Your device, OS, and browser type, screen size, and language setting
• Your approximate region (country or city level) inferred from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses themselves
• Your interactions on the Site (such as clicks on links and buttons, opening FAQ items, and how far you scroll)

Google signals is enabled for the Site. For people who are signed in to a Google Account and have allowed ad personalization, Google aggregates usage across devices, and we may use those aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google consent mode is used so that data is sent without cookies, and advertising-related features (including Google signals) are not used.

We use this information only to understand and improve the Site. We do not link it to information that identifies you, such as your name or email address, and we do not use it to serve ads. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

How to opt out

• Disable or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop sending data to Google Analytics.
• Turning off ad personalization in My Ad Center excludes you from Google signals aggregation.

Information you send us by email

If you contact us by email (contact@kyworks.jp), we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to you and to look into your enquiry, and we do not share them with third parties except where required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. When we do, we will update this page and show the revision date at the top.
