Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-17
This Privacy Policy applies to the Spirograph Maker app for iOS and Android, operated by KYWorks. The app is designed to collect as little information as possible.
Data we collect
- None personally identifiable in normal use. No name, phone number, postal address, age, or location is collected. However, in the optional "Feedback" feature, an email address and the body of your message are sent only if you choose to enter them (see "Third-party SDKs" below).
- Anonymous crash and analytics events via Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics / Performance, used solely to detect bugs and understand which features are used.
- Ad-related identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) only when you grant consent through iOS App Tracking Transparency or the Google UMP consent dialog.
Where your artwork lives
All artwork you create stays on your device, in the app's sandboxed storage. It is never sent to any KYWorks server, and we do not have the ability to view it.
Third-party SDKs
The app uses the following third-party SDKs. Their respective privacy policies apply when those services receive data:
- Google AdMob (banner ads + mediation) — policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta Audience Network (mediation) — facebook.com/about/privacy
- Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics / Performance — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Forms (Google LLC) — when you submit the in-app "Feedback" form, the body of your message and any contact email address you choose to provide are sent, along with device information (model, OS version), the app version, purchase status, and language setting for diagnostic context. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to improve quality; it is never used for advertising. policies.google.com/privacy
Children
Spirograph Maker collects no personal information in normal use and is suitable for use by children. The only exception is the optional "Feedback" feature, which sends an email address solely if one is entered. We do not knowingly process children's personal data. If you allow a child to use the app without supervision, you may wish to enable the optional ad-removal in-app purchase.
Your choices
- You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device's OS settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes all device-side data. There is no separate request to delete server-side data because we do not store any.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
