By installing or using the Spirograph Maker app for iOS or Android ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. The App is operated by KYWorks ("we").

Use

The App is free to use. The optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase is a one-time non-consumable purchase processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. All other features are available without payment.

Your art is yours

The copyright in spirograph artwork that you create with the App belongs to you. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes without crediting Spirograph Maker. We claim no rights in your output.

Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Do not access or attempt to access any KYWorks server in a manner that the App does not itself initiate.
• Do not use the share extension to distribute malware or unlawful content.

Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases (zero on the free tier).

Governing law and forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所) as the court of first instance.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
